SHOW DAY 2013
Come on come all to the great Narre Warren North Show Day!!!
On Friday the 8th of November 2013 all classes held a stall that was for students to run. We held Show Day so our school has more money to buy equipment. Our grade 4A class held a Trash ‘n’ Treasure shop. We all had fifteen minute shifts. We all had a terrific time that day with hanging out with our friends. The other stalls we had were: Lucky Dip, Haunted House, Biscuit Icing, Lots of Lollies, Jumping Castle, Beauty Salon, Lucky Jars, Cafeteria and Slime Show Alley, oh and don’t forget our stall Trash ‘n’ Treasure! Parents, grandparents, cousins and all of the student’s families came and I bet they had a great time!

2013 Show Day
SHOW DAY
On 8th November there was a fantastic show at Narre Warren North primary School. We run Show Day every year to raise money for the school. Grade 4A ran a stall called Trash & Treasure. These were some of the stores; Trash and Treasure, jaunted House, Jumping Castle, Face painting, badge Making, table Tennis, Stretch Snakes, Lucky Jars and Water Bomb Cricket. We both liked the Jumping Castle. The students ran all of their own stalls by themselves and families came to Show Day to have fun. It was a cloudy and cold day but people did not mind the weather because they were having so much fun.

Irises and Parrots in Grandma’s Garden
Yellow Irises by Annabelle ( a Grade 1 guest blogger buddy)
On the weekend the yellow irses bloomed with the purple irses. The yellow irses glittered in the sunlight. Also the King parrots came to visit. I gave them some bird seed. I put the bird seed on the table. They ate it. There were four, one flew away. One had a red head, one had yellow spots on it’s back and one had a scruffy head. They liked me because I was wearing a green jumper. I had a terrific weekend.

AABB Blind Poem By Mali
Every night when days gone past,
I think I will be adopted last,
When days arrive and people see I’m Blind,
They walk away and don’t inside I’m kind,
And when they walk past they don’t I’m feeling,
I’m feeling like I can’t be Rehealing,
I also feel like I’ve gone Wild
When people say I’m an unusual child
As I see all darkness Every sees Brightness
And I really want to go to heaven
But I’m only 7
My blind Poem
I am blind, so I can not see,
I don’t know when everyone is looking at me,
when I hear,
I know when someone is near,
I don’t know when it is night,
and I don’t know when someone turns off the light,
I hear a dog,
I feel a log,
I try to share,
but nobody will care,
I hear a boy,
with a noisy toy,
when people pray,
I don’t know what to say,
so I say I am only 7,
and I want to go to heaven,
I am blind,
but I don’t really mind.
Social Justice
People think that social justice is just another word that means to be nice
or a word that means to be full of spice.
But no there all wrong
especially the song.
Because Social Justice means
for every one to have dreams.
It dose not matter who you are
because it’s not like your in a jar.
so be nice to all
big or small.
Carla
